A CLE course number for Colorado will be provided to attendees on their certificates of attendance once a course has been completed. RUSSELL BINNS is a transactional attorney at Flanagan Partners LLP. Russell specializes in drafting and negotiating contracts pertaining to energy development, construction, chemical manufacturing, facility reclamation, maritime, and transportation. He drafts and negotiates a wide range of contracts in those industries, including master service agreements, drilling contracts, EPC contracts, frac agreements, purchase orders, charters, waste transport agreements, disposal agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and midstream/marketing agreements. Russell is also an insurance coverage practitioner and a graduate of the Energy Risk and Insurance Specialist (ERIS) program. He provides coverage analysis on transactions, property and casualty insurance programs, and litigation matters. Prior to joining Flanagan Partners, Russell was a Senior Account Executive and served as the Contractual Risk Advisor for the oil and gas book of one of the largest property and casualty insurance brokerages in the United States. Russell is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and attended Colorado College for his undergraduate education, where he studied economics.
