1.2 Ethics Credits – Colorado

This course has been accredited for CLE credit in Colorado. CLE credit hours shown are for Colorado only. A CLE course number for Colorado will be provided to attendees on their certificates of attendance once a course has been completed. New Mexico attorneys who complete a course must notify us (cle@rmmlf.org) because we are required to report credits for you. NIKI ROBERTS is Deputy General Counsel at JERA Americas, the U.S. subsidiary of JERA, Japan’s largest energy company, focused on delivering reliable and sustainable power while advancing the energy transition toward a lower carbon future. Niki directs legal aspects of JERA Americas’ mergers and acquisitions, operations, and development activity, advising senior leadership on complex transactions, strategic investments, and risk management. She and her team work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver practical, business focused legal solutions on high stakes matters in dynamic, fast-moving environments. Prior to joining JERA Americas, Niki was a partner at Hogan Lovells, and she brings over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, with deep expertise spanning M&A transactions and project development across the full energy value chain. Known for her collaborative style and sound judgment, she regularly operates at the intersection of law, strategy, and business execution.
